In acknowledgement of the foundation to her own success, Alexa is committed to education and over the last 25 years she has been involved in supporting the student and alumni experience at the Ivey Business School in various volunteer roles including marketing, student & alumni engagement, women in leadership, international development and entrepreneurship. Alexa is a member of the Executive Committee of the Western Ivey Entrepreneurship Advisory Board in support of the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship, for which her involvement has spanned 10 years.
Alexa loves spending time with family in all that the outdoors has to offer, including hiking, skiing, ski touring, canoe tripping, camping and tennis – and watching her daughter row for Western University.
Alexa brings over 25 years of strategy and transformation consulting leadership and a diverse entrepreneurial mindset to her role at Level5. Prior to joining Level5, Alexa held various leadership roles in a number of global and boutique consulting firms building and growing strategy and transformation portfolios. Alexa also founded an entrepreneurial venture focused on the customer experience and owned, ran and managed a number of small businesses, each culminating in successful exit events.
Alexa received her BA (Economics) from McGill University and her MBA (with distinction) from the Ivey Business School, Western University.
