As a Director of Level5, Rob assists clients in translating data into insight for strategic action where he works with clients to build and implement exceptional brand-driven customer journeys.
Rob is both experienced and diligent in the areas of: Strategic Planning; Customer Experience; and Consumer Research.
Rob has an opportunity to share his knowledge as a mentor to newly graduating students of the Schulich School of Business. In addition, Rob is an active participant at the Schulich School of Business Consulting events.
When Rob is not helping clients, he has a number of interests. He admits to being addicted to golf, loves both hockey and football, and is an avid reader.
Before joining Level5, Rob worked in the financial services industry as an Experiential Marketing Specialist, and led many initiatives both large and small to help clients establish and implement inspired growth strategies.
Rob received his BA (Bus. Admin.) with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
