About Sean

Since joining Level5 over ten years ago, Sean has had the pleasure of working with a broad range of clients across private and public sectors – from startups experiencing growing pains to established multinationals facing unprecedented changes in their business environment. He relies on this breadth of industry experience to push his clients’ thinking beyond traditional industry norms, unlock their potential and guide them towards sustainable growth.

Sean is a meticulous long-term strategist who believes that business transformation results from an accumulation of small, day-to-day changes made at an individual level. This is why his strategy implementation is built on recognizing desired behaviours, removing roadblocks to change and constant reinforcement of the vision for the future.

Prior to joining Level5, Sean conducted equities research focused on the natural resource sector in Canada and across the globe.

A father of two children, and an amateur carpenter, on weekends Sean can usually be found building something or fixing something his kids broke.
