Our monthly “Kudos Lunches” encourage team members to give “Kudos” to their colleagues who have done something to exemplify Level5 values. RAD (Random Acts of Delight) Awards happen ad hoc, and they’re given to employees who deliver outstanding work, either to clients or internally. It’s our way of showing appreciation for an exceptional job – which says a lot about a place where exceptional work is the norm.
