Life@Level5

Life@Level5 is the engine that drives key aspects of Level5’s culture. The team plans, organizes, and facilitates firm-wide corporate events that bring our people together for a chance to connect and have fun!
This includes events like:

Annual Summer Event

One day a year, our team gathers together to reconnect outside of work and build camaraderie – great times are always had

Level5 After 4s

In the spirit of our laugh and learn culture, our whole team gets together one Thursday every month for team-building activities – this gives our people opportunities to learn more about each other outside of work

Level5 Day

Every year on Level5’s anniversary, we get together to celebrate all the firm’s accomplishments as well as the people that make this place so great

Annual Holiday Party

Level5’s Holiday Party is a famous annual celebration and is a cornerstone of our culture

Meaningful Impact

Meaningful Impact is a team focused on driving Level5’s social impact strategy. With a current focus on areas including youth, education, poverty, and mental health, Level5 provides opportunities across its three pillars of meaningful impact:

Charitable Giving

Fundraising opportunities for organizations we care about, including the Movember Foundation and Covenant House Toronto

Pro / Low Bono Services

We have provided consulting services voluntarily or at a low cost to organizations like St. Joseph’s Health Centre Toronto, Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario, and Royal Ontario Museum

Volunteer

Organized time for our employees to engage within the communities, such as our activity day at the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre in years past

Level5 has a dedicated DEI team comprised of individuals across every role at the firm, in addition to external subject matter experts, tasked with stewarding our DEI strategy and identifying improvement opportunities. DEI initiatives include:
