With 20+ years as a corporate executive and cross-sector advisor, Jordan partners with leaders to turn ambition into accountability and action: shaping strategy, strengthening commitment, and scaling impact.

His work spans strategy and integrated planning, customer-centric transformation, and evolving organizations and operating models to sharpen execution. Jordan brings a pragmatic, adaptive, and data-driven approach to strategy, helping teams collaborate more effectively, make smarter decisions, and unlock sustainable growth.

Prior to Level5, Jordan held leadership roles at Rogers spanning Data & Analytics and Customer Experience, and Corporate Strategy & Planning, developing and driving strategy and transformation initiatives. Before that, he was with global consulting firm Kearney, advising senior executives across several sectors and continents on critical performance challenges. He began his career at MDA Space as a systems engineer on NASA’s Space Shuttle Canadarm program.

Beyond his client work, Jordan is passionate about getting out on his bike or on the ice, working the vegetable garden, and focusing on family.
