Sylvia is a Director at Level5. Her ability to
channel her hybrid background of Brand Strategy
and Organizational Transformation enables Sylvia
to do what she feels most passionate about: working
closely with clients to translate strategy into
implementable action. She partners with clients across
a range of industries to co-build customer-focused
strategies and helps clients to realize these strategies
through Organization Design and Transformation.

Outside of client work, she also co-leads Level5’s Women
in Consulting initiative and internal Marketing efforts.
Sylvia loves tapping into her communications background to
volunteer time to a number of meaningful causes. She is a
frequent speaker at various industry and post-secondary events
as well as help not-for-profits through pro-bono and low-bono
consulting engagements.
Prior to joining Level5, Sylvia worked at Scotiabank
for more than five years in a variety of progressive
roles within customer service, people management, and
communications. While completing her MBA, Sylvia
worked with McEwen Mining on developing a Corporate
Social Responsibility strategy and social sustainability
program focused on the company’s operations in Mexico.
Sylvia holds an MBA from the Schulich School of
Business and earned a BComm with a Specialized
Honours in Human Resource Management from York
University.
