About the role
Consultants will be expected to collaborate with other team members to support project team leads on challenging projects. In our multi-project approach, team members will take on increased responsibilities and gain experience across our service offering and a variety of industries. We seek ambitious, energetic, and curious minds who are able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive project research and analysis to create actionable insights and recommendations
- Build presentation materials that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Work cohesively across several projects and client teams simultaneously
- Support project leadership by attending and participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Manage day-to-day relationships and project management with clients
- Monitor project timelines to make sure the assigned projects are on track
- Participate in business development
- Contribute to internal firm activities (e.g., DEI, business development, and culture at Level5)
What you bring:
- An ability to connect the dots and think strategically
- Comfort working with details and digging into the data
- A proactive mindset – you like to stay ahead of things
- Effective communication skills that help you work well with others
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or relevant industry role

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000. The compensation may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, market benchmarking, and performance. Additional compensation and benefits include:
- Annual bonus up to 10% of the base salary
- Comprehensive benefits plus a flex health spending account
- Hybrid working policy that offers flexible working options
- Flexible work arrangement that allows our employees to work remotely, including internationally, for up to 6 weeks per year
