About the role
We’re looking for an Operations Business Analyst to join our operations team. We seek an energetic, detail oriented, analytical and curious mind who is able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. You will be expected to work with the Operations team to manage day-to-day business activities, including project management, resource management, finance/accounting, HR, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Provides seamless day-to-day operations support across the firm, including but not limited to:
- Project/resource management
- Docket management and timesheet
- Project P&L reports
- Project closing
- Utilization
- Financial management
- Financial analysis/reporting
- Scorecard
- Basic accounting duties (i.e., invoicing, AR/AP, expenses)
- Vendor management
- HR
- Annual employee objective setting and evaluations
- Annual recruiting management
- Other miscellaneous operations and business support duties as required
- Assist the leadership team to set operations performance standards to increase productivity, efficiency and client service excellence, ensuring client team members are fully and seamlessly supported
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, BComm preferred
- Well-developed analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and excellent Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Displays a high degree of determination in meeting project deliverables and deadlines; demonstrates ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to set clear goals, deliverable and deadlines and make sure to complete tasks/projects on time
- Passion for learning
- Room and desire to take on more responsibility within the Operations group as the Firm grows
- 2+ years of work experience in relevant industry
