About Jordan

Jordan believes delivering transformative results relies not just on making the right strategic choices, but also on aligning the whole organization to execute together with agility, collaboration and a shared purpose.

He brings more than 20 years of consulting and corporate leadership experience across strategy, transformation and customer experience, along with a proven track record of cultivating high trust relationships, coaching/developing talent and bringing high-impact solutions to tough-to-crack problems. His work spans multiple sectors and focuses on helping clients resolve the unresolved, carve new paths to growth and sustainably create value.

Prior to joining Level5, Jordan worked at Rogers for six years, in a variety of roles including VP Data & Analytics, VP Customer Experience and he also held other strategy & transformation leadership mandates. Before that, Jordan spent six years at Kearney, both in North America and Europe, engaging senior executives in identifying and resolving critical issues impacting performance. Earlier in his career, he spent four years at MDA, a prime NASA contractor, as a systems engineer and leading the problem resolution team for the Canadarm program.

In addition to a deep focus on our clients, Jordan enjoys getting out on his bike or on the ice, cultivating growth in the vegetable garden, and focusing on family.
