In addition to a deep focus on our clients, Jordan sits on two not-for-profit boards and spends much of what time remains bicycling, playing hockey, growing his vegetables and focusing on family.
Prior to joining Level5, Jordan worked at Rogers for six years, in a variety of roles including VP Data & Analytics, VP Customer Experience and also held other strategy &
transformation leadership mandates. Before that, Jordan spends six years at Kearney, both in North America and Europe, engaging senior executives in identifying and
resolving critical issues impacting performance. Earlier in his career, he spent four years at MDA Space Missions, a prime NASA contractor, leading the problem resolution team for the Canadarm program.
Jordan received his MBA (Hons.) from the London Business School, and a B.A.Sc (Hons.) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto.
