Professionals from the tech industry gathered at Level5 Strategy’s latest roundtable to discuss how their teams and leaders have shifted priorities and coordinated efforts amidst the challenge of remote work. What became clear was that even with advanced technological capabilities and young workforces, tech companies are experiencing growing pains related to process, culture, and norms. In other words, the new model of remote work is a work in progress.
